Qualification enhancement programme for teachers of secondary and primary schools "Primary and secondary system of education in Ukraine and European Countries: prospects for cooperation and development"

The programme embraces 2 modules:
1. Module 1 "Primary and secondary system of education in Ukraine and European Countries" (54 hours).
Primary and secondary system of education in in Ukraine and stages of its development, system of evaluation.
Modern educational technologies used in primary and secondary education.
a) public schools in Ukraine;
b) private schools in Ukraine.
Educational models and strategies in Ukraine and European Countries.
Features of development of curricula in schools in Ukraine.
The system of tuition in public and private schools in Ukraine.
2. Module 2 "Managing Educational Process in School" (54 hours).
Interactivity.
Making studying process meaningful and fun.
The teenage brain.
Bridging psychological gaps.
Seven steps to critical and creative thinking.
Effective learning through integration, review and consolidation of key skills.
Building your own brand as a teacher.
Motivating the development of pupils’ skills.
Informing teaching, enriching learning.
The value of stories and role plays in primary school.
Method of preparation of educational texts and educational materials in school.
The duration of the programme is 108 hours.
